Welcome to Simple Health 101
My hope is to provide you with simple ways to help you feel better, both emotionally and physically.  Keep in mind that change is hard, so you should make small goals and achieve those as time goes on….the time is going to go by anyway so make the most of it.  
 
For instance, you can make small changes over the next 6 months and see how much better you feel at the end of 6 months, or just keep doing what you’re doing, making no changes, and feel the same you do now in 6 months.  The point is to just get started.
